Under the Bridge

Crashing waves

I'm feeling a random coming on...

**I had a consultation with the neurologist again on Monday, where he also conducted a nerve and muscle study. I have since decided that if I had a choice of getting the shit shocked out of me and needles being thrown as darts into my muscles, I would choose the latter.

**I think I have come up with my miracle cure... since all flexion (bending forward) will basically put even more strain on my bulging/herniated discs, it is only natural that extension (bending backwards) will quite possible allow those discs to move back towards their "good place". Right? So if you see me doing bridges, I am not insane, just engaging in my miracle therapy. (Before you chew my ass, I did tell my physical therapist about it this morning.)

**I can tell it's fall again because the papers from four children in school are taking over our house. Think Harry Potter -when the owls keep bringing the letters from Hogwarts and shoving them in the mail slot and they just keep piling up. Yeah. I usually get this under control and organized sometime around May.

**I can also tell it's fall by the full DVR. All the shows that I have loved are back on and they just keep filling it up until I finally give in and just delete them. Except for So You Think You Can Dance. I still am holding onto my dreams of becoming a dancer. I just need to learn how first.

**BB asked me the other day if I was scared to kiss Justin. When I said no, he asked if I was scared to kiss Justin the first time. HELLO? Where is this coming from and OMG-HE-IS-MY-BABY and cannot ever think of such things.

**Speaking of children, I was a chaperon for the twins' field trip to the Pumpkin Patch this week. I hear the most interesting things on these outings. One little girl in my group this year, managed to tell me that "they are divorced", "she is going to Mexico for Halloween", "she likes to kiss boys on the playground", "her Grandpa drives buses that are WAY better", her mom's apartment number, her dad's apartment number, her costume for Halloween, and a bazillion other details just ON THE WAY THERE. I cringe to think of what my kids' teachers know about me.

**Justin and I have gone to San Diego the past two years for the Chargers/Colts game and for kid-free time together. Due to the ugly money situation this year, we will not be going ANYWHERE. *enter pity sob and pouting*

**Go enter my giveaways now.

Ugh on the back issues and the lack of no-kid time away. Still been throwing all my positive vibe juice your way for a better job in Colorado for Justin.

When I taught it was amazing and hilarious all rolled into one. I couldn't look some parents in the eye for what I knew, lol

I know what ya mean when it comes to Fall and a full DVR. What that says to me? We're not doing anything either and this is my ONLY entertainment!

I love my DVR can't imagine life without it now that I use it so much!

Tough choice between the darts and electric shocks.....but hopefully one will help with your pain.

Have a great weekend!

You can do a bridge? I am so impressed. I hope your miracle sure works! I know what you mean about the papers being like Harry Potter. I swear I am always clearing papers away. I just wish the school didn't feel the need to send home the same papers with each of my kids. One would do. Think of all copies that could be saved from having to make!
